Bertha’s Revenge Small Batch Milk Gin            €4.80
Named after a legendary cow called Bertha who lived to the ripe old aged of 48. Made from whey, not grain and distilled in small batches at Ballyvolane House in east Cork. The unique mix of botanicals includes grapefruit, cinnamon, cloves, cummin, elderflower, Alexanders and sweet woodruff.

Bombay Sapphire                                               €4.80
Bombay Sapphire has a ripe citrus aroma with spice and a touch of juniper. The 10 botanicals are almond, lemon peel, liquorice, juniper berries, orris root, angelica, coriander, cassia bark, cabeb berries & grains of paradise.

It’s combination of juniper berry, lemon, lime, coriander and Cork Dry Gin’s mystery ingredient which give it its uniquely refreshing flavour.

Daffy’s                                                                 €5.50
Daffy’s Small Batch Premium Gin is made with grain spirit from northern France, which is then distilled using a copper pot still. The Scottish distillers use a selection of eight botanicals for Daffy’s Gin, including juniper, Lebanese mint, coriander, angelica root, Spanish lemon and orange peels, cassia bark and orris root.

This is very well made and has a classic London dry gin character. Distilled in pot stills with a range of botanicals including Rowan Berry, Fuscia, Bog Myrtle, Heather, Chervil and Hawthorn.

An unusual gin from the Black Forest in Germany, Monkey 47 contains a unique ingredient. Cranberries! The 47 comes from the number of botanicals that go into this unique gin, and the fact it’s bottled at a healthy 47%.

Shortcross                                                           €6.00
Shortcross is a classical Gin style but with a unique twist, best described as floral meadow, wild berries and grassy notes. It is smooth with an exceptionally long aftertaste and finish. This is achieved through the use of fresh apples, elderberries and wild clover distilled with other botanicals including juniper, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel and cassia.

Tanqueray                                                           €6.00
Tanqueray London Dry Gin is the original variant of Tanqueray, launched in 1830; the key botanicals are juniper, coriander and angelica root.

Thin Gin                                                              €5.00
Thin Gin is a new Irish dry gin from Blackwater Spirits. The distinctive juniper perfume mingles with strong citrus notes of orange, lemon and lime on the nose. It uses all Irish grown botanicals such as apple, wild thyme, elder flowers, white clover and tansy. Thin Gin is robust and stands up well when partnered with a good tonic.
